I made a order several days ago (number : 20160926-0002796) and I'm sorry to tell you that I send it back to you.

This is not your fault at all it's just that the post office ask me to pay a big taxe compared to the price of my item.

Their services are terrible and I can't pay their taxes.

So i'de like to ask you if it's possible to have a refund please :)
